			<description>if it aint broke dont fix it i have been roasting potatoes like this for years superb method try also crushing garlic cloves and adding to the bottle of olive oil i use 4 to 6 for 500ml </description>

			<description>for a really crispy coating try tossing them in 75g of Semolina after par boiling, you can also add a crumbled veg stock cube for more taste.</description>

			<description>i am amazed how 99.99% of recipies always say 'peel the potatoes' - I have not peened a spud in 20 yrs, whether for boiler, roast, mash chipped whatever - why doe people say 'peel the potatoes? as every granny says 'the best bit is the skin and we throw it away'' - weird! now how about ''delete that bit?''</description>
