Thanks so much for posting your great comments on this recipe. We LOVE this recipe too AND it's so quick to prepare, perfect for a summer barbecue and that poached egg just gives it the added yum factor! Please try our other recipes on the website - we would love to hear your feedback.....

Cooked this last night for our supper, it was so good and filling and with the chorizo it felt like such a treat. No need to season it as the chorizo is already salty enough.
