I read about your website in UNITE a magazine for pensioners. I have recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and am looking for healthy alternative meals and was delighted to see your campaign to make people aware of the benefits of potatos, however I dont think that your recipes are very good for me. Apparently I have to watch my cholesterol as well, can you help me with this.
