Oh Gosh, Lots of traveling! I had plenty of plane food... chicken and new potatoes on the plane.
Since back in London I have done Sausages & Mash AGAIN COZ ITS MY FAV - tip of the week, add HOT MILK to the potato for extra fluffiness and then a dollop of dijon mustard. I wasn't feeling too hot in the week and this was the perfect get better food!
I had the Spicy Tomato Chowder - that was really good! Put in whatever veg you have got, I think courgette would really work!
Had poached eggs on spicy spuds yesterday morning. OH, and the most yummy dish this week was the Potato and Cheese Gratin that I made. How could I forget about that. Ultimate comfort food. SOooo good.. Sooooo, easy! x

Using warm milk for mash makes a big different. Top tip Dawn!
