This week, Potato Counci delivered freshly harvested new potatoes to some of the top London restaurants including Rivington Bar and Grill, Hix Oyster and Chop House and Le Café Anglais. Top chefs look for quality, freshness and taste, and the new season crop is the perfect addition for summer menus.
