Cheese and Leek Jacket Potatoes

I like the idea of par cooking baked potatoes in the microwave and then finishing in the oven (perhaps to save energy costs) to crisp the skins. How long in the microwave and the how long in the oven?
I'm looking forward to one or two tonight!!!

Your site is fun and very informative, especially to non-cooks like me. Keep up the good work

maybe add a little dried tomato?
