Brilliant recipe - potatoes were beautifully cooked unlike other recipes where it is only cooked in the oven. Have a batch simmering away on the cooker right now - yum, yum!

This is one beautifull way to enjoy a fantastic English or Scottish potato, it was very easy to make although i did not use the specified cheese but one of my own desire and it was so nice i made it the following night adding a couple of sliced mushrooms and one medium sized leak just to make it my own special dish, potatos cut into chips is a thing of the past and a sheer waste in the potato community, please send me some more potato recipes.

my husband makes this for our family even the kids girfriends come for tea, :) its a family favourite of ours try it you wont be dissapointed.
