I am thinking of opening a small shop "let's call it for now Potato Hut" that provide dishes, sandwtches , desserts, etc. based on potato. I am wondering if you can help me to design a practical menu for that type of shop.

I love making this pizza.
It quick and easy to make and a perfect way of using leftovers. I now make too much potatoes the night before so I can make this the next evening for tea.
The basic recipe is good and I customize the toppings to make something different every time. -

What a useful way of using up leftover boiled spuds. I’ve just made one of these pizzas and apart from burning my mouth because I couldn’t wait for it to cool I have to give this a thumbs-up.
I just did a plain tomato and cheese topping as a test.

A small sweet potato added to the crust makes it look and taste good too!
P.S do you print a booklet of all of these recipes?

How many pizza's does this make? It says it serves 4 but the instructions seem to be for a single 9" pizza.
