Ingredients
4 frozen Potato Waffles (undefrosted)
2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
50g sliced pepperoni or ham
75g Cheddar cheese, grated
Method
Preheat the oven to 220oC, 425oF, Gas Mark 7.
Place the waffles on a non-stick baking tray and bake according to the pack instructions.
With the waffles still on the tray, top with tomatoes, pepperoni or ham and then the cheese. Place under a preheated grill for 1 minute or until golden. Serve with a salad garnish or fresh vegetables.
Serve with a fresh green salad or vegetables.
