Thank you for your lovely feedback! We especially like the fact that this recipe is quick and its easy which is good for us, especially during the week when you are pressed for time....it leaves more time for relaxing on the sofa after a hard days work..... -

another great recipe. love meat and love potatoes. not keen on anything red or green, so this recipe is ideal for me!
