Lovely idea and enjoyed the video, but the ingredients and method differ slightly from the written instructions given ? (addition of turmeric & ground cumin - pot is covered after adding tomatoes)

More like a spicy potato and tomato soup rather than a curry but really good!
And yes Kat.r.t.y you have to use tomatos and onions else theres no point in making it.
