So glad you enjoy the site. It's great to get feedback. I love sauteed potatoes with a cooked breakfast and will definitely try your tip about bacon fat; it sounds yummy!

I am in complete agreement with you, that spuds for breakfast are very tasty, particularly if you fry them in the fat in which you have previously cooked the bacon so that you pick up the wonderful flavours still lying around in the pan. This has been a favourite part of breakfast for me for many years. I am enjoying reading your web site news very much. Many thanks - Eric Grant
