we love potatoes! we make these recipes and sell it to church every sunday as part of our fund raising for our upcoming church 30th anniversary. we all liked it

I was always taught to put potatoes into boiling water. My children, however, put them in cold water. Please tell me why you put them in cold water.

This is a great & simple dish. Very tasty & could be served with chickpeas for vegetarians to make a balanced meal.
