I par boiled the potatoes first and used a tomato and chilli pasta sauce to spice it up a bit and it was really lovely. One of my favourites so far.

Bangers, mash, veg n gravey is my usual dinner when using sausages, but this dish was a great change. I changed it up a bit by adding onions and tin toms insteatd of pasta sauce also a bit of seasoning and this went down a treat the fam! Nice n quick to make aswell which is what you need with two kids aged two and under!

We all enjoyed this meal but I boilded the potatoes for about 8 mins before putting into the frying pan. I also added a few extra bits, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, a few chillies to give it a kick, and grated some cheese over the top. LOVELY
