A nice quick healthy recipe! It really was quick to make and I have portions left over for another day's meal. I think next time I might add more chopped tomatoes, tangine paste and perhaps a spice like paprika.

I like the look of this recipe, (plus many others) but I have to confess I've never heard of tangine paste! But I live in Norway so that's maybe not such a big surprise - our supermarkets are very limited here compared to in England. Your whole website is great, too. Lots of info for those of us who want to actually use and enjoy potatoes more. Thanks!
