Yes you can quite happily make a batch of this in advance and keep it in the freezer for a rainy day when you need a good feed.
Glad you like the recipe; it is one of my favourites.

I have used this recipe more times than I can count! When the children were small it was a great way to introduce them to fish. Last time I made this dish it was with uncoloured smoked haddock and cooked some carrots with the potatoes.

Passed recipe on to parents which they love, and very easy to cook when in a small touring caravan and not much cooking space, also very tasty...!
