It remains me an old swiss receipe my grandmother use to cook for me ...fits perfectly with any barbecue. If my memory is right she used not crème fraîche, but instead some mayonnaise de dijon.

i swapped the mayonnaise and chives for double cream and parsley and its a winner!!! make sure u season it generously though!!the dressing also tastes yummy on pork chops!!! thumbs up
