Simple Chicken & Bacon Potato Wedges

Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 25 mins
Serves: 4
Oven Temperature: 220˚C, 425˚F, gas mark 7

Ingredients

Arrange the potato wedges in a large, shallow ovenproof dish or roasting tray.
Wrap each piece of chicken in a halved bacon rasher and add to the dish with the wedges.
Toss the onion in the oil and place in the dish with the wedges and chicken. Season.
Cook for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and the wedges are golden brown and crispy.

brilliant idea and of course can be done with ham...
what the country needs is simple chart of potato types and uses and simle recipes that can be distributed to schools to hel get kids interested in eating taties other than as greasy chips
