675g smooth potatoes e.g. Desiree, cubed
2 tablespoons sunflower oil
1 onion, peeled and chopped
1 x 340g tin corned beef, diced
1 x 195g can sweetcorn in water, drained
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
4 eggs (optional)
